determined in many different ways depending on the items to be
measured and the system used. As
such, it is important to have equipment for liquid and dry
volume measurers for both U.S. and metric (Europe and Asia), as
well as a variety of scales for accurate measurement by weight.
Thermometers should display both Fahrenheit and Centigrade
temperatures.
