
- Cut the
potatoes and brinjals into big pieces.
- Mix rice,
vegetables, onion, coriander, turmeric powder, cumin powder,
chilli powder, all spice powder, ginger and garlic pastes,
salt and oil, and add one and a half cups of water.
- Cover and
microwave on high power for 17 to 18 minutes.
- Decorate with
chopped coriander.
