juliennes 10 gm/2 tsp |

Ginger paste

Kasoori methi

- Break
the cauliflower into small florets. Heat oil in a kadhai.
Fry the cauliflower and keep aside. In the same oil add
cumin seeds. When they begin to crackle add chopped onions.
Fry till golden brown. Add the ginger and garlic pastes,
green chillies, salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam
masala, kasoori methi and yogurt. Stir-fry. Add capsicum and
tomato cubes and fry again. Add cauliflower and simmer for 5
minutes.

- To
Serve: Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger
juliennes. Serve hot.
