1 ¼ cups plain natural yogurt |

2 tsp. salt |
 |
2 tsp. sugar |
 |
1 tsp. lemon juice |

1/2 cup cucumber, skinned and finely chopped or coarsely
grated |

2 medium tomatoes, diced |
 |
4 green onions, diced |
 |
fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) |

Salt |

In
a bowl, mix together the yogurt, salt, sugar and lemon juice |

Add the
cucumber, tomato, and onions. Mix well |

Cover and
refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving |
 |
Keeps for up
to two days in the refrigerator |

Serve as a
side dish. |
