Method for Dumplings: Mix all the ingredients together
to make a fine paste. Scoop it out with a tablespoon and fry
in hot oil as dumplings.
Method for Curry: Mix the yogurt, salt, red chilies,
coriander powder, garlic and ginger paste, gram flour and 4
cups of water. Strain the mixture into a fairly large sized
pan; add chopped onions, green chilies and the curry leaves.
Allow the broth to cook for 10-15 minutes. Lower the heat
when green chilies become tender. Add dumplings and lastly
the garnish and serve hot.
