Khoya Delight |

250 gms khoya |
 |
250 gms jaggery |
 |
250 gms white flour roughly grind |
 |
500 gms oil |
 |

tbsp coconut powder |
 |

tbsp poppy seeds |
 |

tbsp seasame seeds |
 |

tbsp almond powder |
 |
2
tbsp pistachio powder |
 |
2
tbsp cashew nuts, roughly chopped |

Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add flour and roast on low
heat till it changes its colour.

Add khoya and stir for two to three minutes. Remove from
heat.

In
another pan, heat remaining oil, add jaggery and stir till
it melts and leaves edges.

Mix flour and khoya mixture with jaggery.
-
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and mix all the nuts.
-
When set cut into desirable pieces. Store in a jar.
