250 gms khoya

250 gms jaggery

250 gms white flour roughly grind

500 gms oil

2 tbsp coconut powder

1 tbsp poppy seeds

1 tbsp seasame seeds

2 tbsp almond powder

bullet

2 tbsp pistachio powder

bullet

2 tbsp cashew nuts, roughly chopped

  • Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add flour and roast on low heat till it changes its colour.

  • Add khoya and stir for two to three minutes. Remove from heat.

  • In another pan, heat remaining oil, add jaggery and stir till it melts and leaves edges.

  • Mix flour and khoya mixture with jaggery.

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and mix all the nuts.

  • When set cut into desirable pieces. Store in a jar.
