litre milk |

cup sugar |

eggs beaten |

tsp saffron |
 |

tsp custard powder |
 |

cup fresh cream |
 |
2-3 drops of vanilla essence |

Almonds, chopped |

Boil milk with sugar, saffron and custard powder.

Add eggs and stir continuously with wooden spoon on low
heat.
-
When it becomes thick remove from the stove, mix fresh cream
and vanilla essence.

Pour into large glasses and serve with straws.
