250 gms dry apricots |
|

litre milk |
|
|

tsp custard powder |
|
|
1
cup sugar |
|
|
1/2
cup fresh cream |
|
|
1/2
cup almond and pistachio powder |

|
-
Soak apricots overnight. In the morning remove the seeds.

Blend half of the milk with apricots.

Boil the remaining milk with sugar and custard powder.

Let it cool and mix apricot mixture.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh cream and nuts.
