Cottage
cheese, cut in squares 250 g |

Onion, finely
chopped 1 medium |

Tomatoes,
finely chopped 2 medium |

Capsicum, cut
in squares 2 medium |

Green
chillies, finely chopped 3 |

Turmeric
powder 1/2 tsp |

Coriander
powder 1/2 tsp |

Garam masala
powder 1/4 tsp |

Oil 4 tbsp |

Salt to taste |

- Heat 2
tbsp oil and fry finely chopped onions till golden brown.
Remove onions from oil, combine with chopped tomatoes and
grind fine.
- Put the
remaining 2 tbsp oil in the same pan, add tomato and onion
mixture and fry on medium heat for a few minutes.
- Then
add the green chillies and other spices, stir till the
spices are cooked, about 7-8 minutes and oil separates from
gravy.
- Add
capsicums and square cut onions, fry again stirring on
medium heat. Put in the cottage cheese, continue frying for
a few more minutes.
- Turn
heat down to low and simmer for five minutes. Remove from
heat.
- Serve
with Paho
chicken.
