400 gms rice
500 gms boneless fish
115 gms onion paste
5 gms ginger
2 tbsp green chilli paste
10g pepper corns
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
250 gms oil
50 gms potatoes
Cut the fish into pieces and mix with onion paste, salt, green chilli paste and pepper powder.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
Heat half of the oil in a pan, fry rice with potatoes, turmeric and ginger for a few minutes.
Add sufficient water to the rice and cook till it’s three-fourths ready.
Add fish pieces, mix well and cook the rice until it is done.
