bullet 400 gms rice
bullet 500 gms boneless fish
bullet 115 gms onion paste
bullet 5 gms ginger
bullet 2 tbsp green chilli paste
bullet 10g pepper corns
bullet 1/2 tsp turmeric
bullet 1 tsp salt
bullet 250 gms oil
bullet 50 gms potatoes
  • Cut the fish into pieces and mix with onion paste, salt, green chilli paste and pepper powder.
  • Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Heat half of the oil in a pan, fry rice with potatoes, turmeric and ginger for a few minutes.
  • Add sufficient water to the rice and cook till it’s three-fourths ready.
  • Add fish pieces, mix well and cook the rice until it is done.
