For Batter

2 cups cornflour |

3 tbsp flour |

4 -5 eggs |

Peel and remove the red veins from the prawns.

Marinate the prawns in salt, Chinese salt, pepper and
Worcestershire sauce.

Make batter by mixing eggs, cornflour, flour and baking
powder, salt and pepper with water.

Dip the prawns in the batter and fry till crispy.
