bullet Shrimps 1/4 kg (super fresh frozen shrimps)

For marinate

bullet Corn flour 3 tbsp
bullet Eggs 2 only whites
bullet Maida 1 tbsp (mixed in chicken cube)
bullet Sugar 1 tsp
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Oil 1 cup

For Sauce

bullet Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
bullet Corn flour 3 tbsp
bullet Soya sauce 2 tbsp
bullet White vinegar 2 tbsp
bullet Can sugar 1 tbsp
bullet Black pepper 1 tsp
bullet Garlic 8 cloves (chopped)
bullet Sesame oil few drops
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
bullet Oil 1 cup

For Gravy

bullet Cauliflower 1 (separate the flowers)
bullet Onions 3 chopped
bullet Pineapple 6 in cubes
bullet Sugar 1 tsp
bullet Soya sauce 1 tsp
bullet White pepper 2 tsp grounded
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Oil 1 cup
  • Mix in a bowl corn flour, egg whites, maida, salt and sugar. Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry them and keep on any absorbing paper. To make sauce take a saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make a thick sauce.
  • Now heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat, and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper and fry. Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy and serve hot.
