- Mix in
a bowl corn flour, egg whites, maida, salt and sugar.
Marinate the prawn in that mixture for 1 hour, then deep fry
them and keep on any absorbing paper. To make sauce take a
saucepan, put all ingredients of sauce in it and cook, make
a thick sauce.
- Now
heat oil in a saucepan, add vegetables, fry at medium heat,
and then add vinegar, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, white pepper
and fry. Remove from heat. Mix shrimps with sauce and gravy
and serve hot.
