bullet Fish fillets 1/2 kg
bullet Parsley (Ajwain) 1/2 tsp
bullet Chat masala 1/2 tsp
bullet Garlic-ginger paste 1 tbsp
bullet Maida 4 tbsp
bullet Lemon juice 2 tbsp
bullet Red chilly powder 1 tps
bullet Turmeric 1/2 tsp
bullet White vinegar 2 tbsp
bullet Oil 1 cup
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except fish and oil. Make a fine paste. Marinate fish fillets in this paste for one hour. In frying pan heat oil, shallow fry fish fillets in this oil, until golden brown. In a platter take out all the fish fillets and serve with salad and chatni.
