Ingredients to make
the batter of Prawns

Prawns 1/2 kg-
medium, cleaned |

Corn flour 3
tbsp |

Eggs 2, use
whites only, beat well |

White flour/
chicken stock cubes mix 1 tbsp |

Sugar 1 tsp |
 |
Oil for deep
frying |

Salt to taste |
Ingredients for Sauce

Tomato sauce 1/2
cup |

Soya sauce 2
tbsp |
 |
White vinegar
2 tbsp |
 |
Pineapple
juice 2 tbsp |
 |
Garlic 6
cloves, peeled and finely chopped |
 |
Black pepper 1/2
tsp, powdered |

Molasses (gur)
1 tbsp |

Corn flour 2
tbsp |

Sesame seed
oil few drops |

Ingredients for
vegetables
 |
Capsicums 3,
cut in squares |
 |
Cauliflower 1
medium, cut into florets |

Onions 3
medium, cut in quarters and separate layers. |

Soya sauce 1
tsp |
 |
White vinegar
1 tsp |
 |
Sugar 1 tsp |
 |
Salt pinch |

Oil 1 tbsp |

Method to
make batter for prawns: To make the batter for
prawns, combine egg whites with corn flour, white flour/
chicken stock cube mix, sugar and salt. Dip each prawn in
the batter and deep fry till golden. Remove and drain.

Method
for Sauce: Mix all ingredients for sauce in a pot,
cook on low heat stirring with a wooden spoon till it
thickens.

Method to Finish with Vegetables: Heat oil in a karahi
till hot, ad vegetables and stir-fry quickly, add vinegar,
Soya sauce, white pepper and sugar. Stir, turn off heat.
When ready to serve, combine the prawns and vegetables in
the sauce, heat and serve hot.
