Buy the
clean and washed packet fish of super fresh. Marinate it
with vinegar and salt for 10-15 minutes. Wash. In a pan heat
oil and fry all the ingredients in it. In a frying pan heat
oil and golden brown fish in it. Add these fish in it. Add
these fish pieces in masala pan.
Mix
well. Season with green chillies, coriander and lemon juice.
Now add 1 1/2 cup of water and cook on low flame until fish is
tender and oil floats on top. Garnish with coriander.
