Dried prawns 1/2
kg (soak in water for half an hour)
Onions 2
large, thinly sliced
Green chilies

coriander 1 bunch finely chopped
Ginger and
garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili
powder 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric
powder 1 tsp
Lemons 4
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 3/4

Clean
the soaked prawns. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns
in it. Remove from the oil and in the same pan-fry the
onions until golden brown. Add all the spices to it, stir
well until it becomes a smooth paste and oil begins to
separate. Add the prawns to it. Sprinkle fresh coriander.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes. Remove
from heat and serve.
