Combine
ingredients for the egg and meat fillings separately. Slice
the sandwich loaf into 3 equal portions lengthwise and
butter the slices. Spread the first slice with the meat
filling. Place the second slice over it and spread the egg
filling.
Place
the last slice on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate until
serving. Whip the cream cheese with milk until fluffy. Frost
the top and sides of the loaf with cream cheese.
