bullet Small red cabbage 1/2 shredded
bullet Bean sprouts 2 cup or 160 gm
bullet Long green cucumber 1 no chopped
bullet Boiled eggs 4 no
bullet Black and yellow Raisins 3,4 tbsp

Ingredients Peanut dressing

bullet Butter 300 gm
bullet Curry powder 1 1/2 tsp
bullet Ground cumin 1 tsp
bullet Plain flour 1 tsp
bullet Sweet chilly sauce 2 tbsp
bullet Crunchy peanuts 1/2 cup
bullet Brown sugar 1 tbsp
bullet Coconut cream 400 ml
bullet Medium onion finely chopped
bullet Peanuts crushed 1 cup
  • Boil, steam or microwave potatoes, cauliflower, carrots separately until just tender, drain, rinse under cold water, drain. Place cabbage on plate top with cooked vegetable, sprouts, cucumber and egg, peanut dressing, and raisin.
  • Method for Peanut Dressing: Heat butter in pan, add onion, cook, stirring until soft. Next add peanuts, curry powder, cumin, flour and chilly sauce, cook, stirring 2 minutes stir in peanut crushed, sugar and coconut cream. Simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
