Pasta Salad

Shell pasta,
boiled 2 cups |

Cabbage,
shredded 3 cups |

Green peas,
boiled 1 cup |

leaves, finely chopped 3 |

Fresh cream 6
tbsp |

Mayonnaise 3

Cold milk 5

Mustard sauce

- Preheat
oven to 200°C.
-
Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, green chillies, chilli
powder, salt and garlic powder for 20 minutes. Grill the
marinated chicken in pre-heated oven till chicken becomes
soft and crisp.
- Remove
from oven and set aside. In a bowl, mix fresh cream, milk,
mayonnaise, mustard sauce, salt and black pepper and beat
well. Combine cabbage, peas, grilled chicken, boiled pasta
and lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl.
- Pour
the dressing on the salad and mix well. Garnish with lettuce
leaves and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Serves 6 - 8 people
