Cut
mutton into small pieces and marinate with salt, pepper,
ginger, vinegar, sugar, Soya sauce, and lemon. Make cuts on
mutton pieces with a fork so that spices penetrate them.
Marinate for 3-4 hours. Place these mutton pieces in a pot
add enough water to make mutton tender. Cook on medium heat,
until water is dried.
Now add
oil in this pot along with corn flour solution (corn flour
dissolved in water) so as to thicken the gravy. Fry the meat
for a while. In another pan add margarine, corn, and dry
fruits and fry them. Add this content in the mutton pot.
Keep little amount of dry fruits for garnish.
In the
boiled rice add food color and simmer for few minutes on low
heat. Take out rice in the serving plate and mix in them
mutton with dry fruits.
