(Peanuts,
gram, sesame seed (til), poppy seeds (khus-khus),
almonds, a few cashew nuts (grind also) 1 cup

(garlic, ginger paste) 1 tbsp

Chilly powder

Dhanya powder
1/2 tsp
Zeera powder 1/2

Cloves 2-3
Coconut powder
1 cup
Coriander
leaves
Curry patta
(leaves)
Chicken or
meat 1/2 kg
Rice 1/2 kg
Boil meat or
chicken in hara masala
Fry
masalas in oil. Do not let them burn. Add dahi then meat or
chicken dissolve coconut powder in water and add in masalas,
bring it to boil and cook till a thin layer of oil appears
on top. Top with coriander leaves and curry patta. Boil rice
separately. Serve both together.
