Ye diet 14 days ki hay aur is ko follow ker k hum 10 se 14 lbs kum ker suktay hain…

Yaha 7 days ka meal plan hay…. Isi plan ko 2nd week bhee follow kerna hay..

BREAKFAST daily same kerna ha…
1 cup of tea or 1 cup of fresh orange juice, 1 toast with little butter or jam
 
SATURDAY
LunchGrilled chicken or any meat , Tomato salad with lemon
Dinner: 1 toast, grilled chicken or fish, salad as much u like, 1 apple
 
SUNDAY
Lunch: fruit salad as much as u like
Dinner: 1 cup keema boil ker k ya little olive oil ma bhoon lein,  aur saath salad as much as u like
MONDAY
Lunch: 1 cup yoghurt, aur koi bhee aik fruit as much as u like ( except banana)
Dinner: Grilled chicken or fish, salad as much as u like
TUESDAY
Lunch: 2 eggs jisterha chahay bana lein wilth 1 tsp oil, 1 toast, salad as much as u like
Dinner: 2 chicken legs ka tikka bana lein, 1 cup boiled rice, salad as much as u like
WEDNESDAY
Lunch: 1 chicken sandwich
Dinner: grilled chicken, 1 toast, 1 cup yoghurt
THURSDAY
Lunch: Fruit salad as much as u like
Dinner:  2 chicken tikka, salad as much as u like, 1 apple
FRIDAY
Lunch: 1 cup keema bhona howa, 1 cup boiled rice
Dinner: 1 cup chicken soup, 1 apple
 
Next week bhee yehi plan follow kerna hay…
Breakfast daily same hi kerna hay.
Ager is diet plan k doraan bhhok lagay to apple kha suktay hain.
Is diet ma lemon jis kader chahay use ker suktay hain..
Daily 10 glass water pena hay.
Aur sab se important baat… Breakfast se 1 hour pehlay 1 glass of lukewarm water ma lemon aur honey daal ker pena hay daily…

well actually the first 5 kg are always water reduction in ur body so ignore it after what u shed the kg are the weight ur reducing....:)

this is my first post.

I WEIGH 74 KILOS, 2 YEARS BACK I WAS 55 KILOS. 2 BABIES IN 2 YEARS MADE ME REALLY FAT.

I m going to follow this diet plan. I m just fed up of this heavy weight.
