n ilaj kai sath sath dua bhi karain n yeh niyat rakay kai shifa daina Allah ka kaam hai aur wohi jis chez mai chahay shifa dai sakta hai ....khulus e niyat sarat hai....
med dunyavi sabab hai aur shifa dena Allah ka kaam hai ....
Allah sabko shifa e kamla dai ameen suma ameen

sugar ka aik nuskha mere pas b hai ap logon sai
shair karon gi'
neem k pate =one cup
kale chane= aik pao
kale chno ko pahle thori der bigho lain.
phir kale chne or neem k pate dono ko
aik sath boil karna hai.
isk bad onhe chhan kar dry kar lena hai or phir ise
bareek safof ki sort mai pees lain.
or phir rozana nihar mon aik ya half table spoon
le lai milk k sath.
inshallah ap ke suger normal rahe gee.

hmm parents ko agar sugar ho tou ehtiyat bht zaroori hai ...aur ehtiyat yahi hai kai sugar wali chezain kam lai...aur bp kai lyee salt kam use karay ...kuch logo ko khanay par chirak kar khanay ki adat hoti hai tou unko esp ehtiyat karni chaiey ...

salam miss chalakoo .......mai ne yh sb cheezain mila kr bana to liya hai but yh rh rh kr or thick horha hai kia krun????? kia yh yuhi thick hota rhayga ka n peenay mai koi prob to nai hai i mean yh continuously thick horha hai hai???? @!$#
