BREAKFAST
170 GM CURD (LOW FAT) ADD ANY VEGI U LIKE.(ONION+CUPSICUM+CUCUMBER ETC

LUNCH:
3 SERVINGS OF FRUITS
1 APPLE
1 PEAR OR STRAWBERRIES
1 BANANA

DINNER:
3 CUPS OF GREEN VEGGIES
1 CUP FRESH JUICE

ab lunch mein ass u see sirf fruits hein toh i think sabhi ko shamko bhuk lagegi toh eating watermelon at that time will be ok
aur dinner mien 3 cups of leafy veggies hein with low fat dressing toh
see
take one cup of shredded cabbage
take one cup of shredded spinach
and one cup of green peas maybe?
any kind of three veggies le lo ek ek cup so the total should be 3 cups
and instead of low fat dressing take 1 tbsp oil in pan and crackle some zeera and kalonji seeds and add the veggies and a tablespoon of vinegar with lil bit of spices like corriander red chilly turmeric chat masala..and mix well...and saute the veggies not too much..let them be crunchy. if we can add a tomato toht hat will be great then

Everday Habits

• Walk for at least 30 minutes after each meal.
• Try to include daily exercise in your routine.
• Drink lukewarm water 30 minutes before meals and 2 hours after meals.
• Take cornflakes or sago dana in breakfast.
• Drink at least one glass of skimmed milk daily.
• Include plenty of vegetables, daals (lentils) and fruits in your daily meals, and try to eat chicken three times a week.

Dear Aish

i dont follow any particular diet plans. i simply follow these few things

1- Avoid fried food as much as i can
2- drink lots of water
3- Drink green tea after 1 to 1.5 hours of my meal, it help to digest food properly and make me feel lite.
4- i eat fruits (apple and garma jab b bhi bhook )
5- i play table tennis and walk daily at my top speed for atleast 45 to 50 mins. jiss main ma easily 6 to 7 kms cover ker jata hu. nxt week say probably gym exercise bhi start ker du ga, inshahAllah.
6- Sab kuch khata hu lakin moderation main raat ka khana main 8 pm tak kha leta hu or sota raat 10 to 11 bajay hu.
e.g aaj tau main nay Gino's ka 14' piza kha lia lunch main phir kuch nahi khaya or just abhi at 11pm thoray say daal chawal khaey or ab office ka kaam ker raha hu or sotay sotay mijhy 12:30 ho jaien gay tab tak khana hazam ho chuka hoga or main saqoon ki neend so jaoun ga. thats it!

my today routine
i will just drink simple mineral water.
in evening at 7 soup
nothing else
treadmill wall 1.5 hr in morning and 1.5 hr in evening
skip rope 5 set 100 per set in noon
and 1 hr exercise

11 a.m juice
1 p.m 1 cucumber lia
3.30 p.m green salad li
6.30 p.m half cup rice boil ky or un main se half ko green salad k sath khy
or ab 9:30 pe rest of boil rice and rest of green salad lon gi.aj main ny weight kia aj mara weight 79
kg hai again i loss 1 kg i m very happy and motivated.
juice main main ne 1 anar,i carrot,1 malta ,thorui si adrake zaror , 1 piece of lehsan,i lemon thori si palak li mujy in ka taste acha lagata hai.aap apni marzi ka juice ly sakty hai .but carrot or orange zaror lena yah skin k liy acha hai.green salad main main ne half cup matter,3 cucumber.2 onion,2 spring onion.thori si palak,thori si shimal mirch li and salt balck paper or lemon or chat masala dala.ab agly 3 days main yahi diet follow karon gi.Insha Allah

kal ka din bi acha guzer gaya no weakness at all.
11 a.m 2 egg amlate(shimla mirch,onion,green chilli,spring onion)
3 p.m green salad (little portion)
6 p.m again green salad(little portion)
8 p.m luke warm water with honey
10 p.m 1 cup boil rice with green salad

aj main oat and green vegi soup lon gi sara din.....................
