1   INGREDIENTS

  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Gelatine 1/2 tsp
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve the gelatine in 3 tablespoons water on a double boiler and keep aside.
  2. Pour the curd and water in a blender and blend for a minute.
  3. Add the dissolved gelatine to the curd and blend again.
  4. Mix in the mustard sauce, vinegar, pepper, sugar and salt and blend for a minute.
  5. Remove the mixture from the blender and add the cream.
  6. Stir with a spoon till well mixed.
  7. Chill and use as required.
