1   INGREDIENTS

  • Brocolli(separated into florets) 350 g
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic(crushed) 4 cloves
  • Onions(finely chopped) 2
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp
  • Carrots(cut into sticks) 200 g
  • Pak-choy(chopped) 350 g
  • Mushrooms 10
  • Sesame Oil 1 tsp

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or pan and fry the garlic till fragrant, add the onions and soy sauce and cook for one minute.
  2. Add the carrots, pak-choy/spinach and mushrooms and saute them for one minute.
  3. Sprinkle the vegetables with sesame oil and serve.
