A good Dieting should be based on healthy diet not skipping meals
- Brocolli(separated into florets) 350 g

Oil 1/2 tbsp

Garlic(crushed) 4 cloves

Onions(finely chopped) 2

Soy sauce 2 tsp

Carrots(cut into sticks) 200 g

Pak-choy(chopped) 350 g

Mushrooms 10

Sesame Oil 1 tsp

- Heat the oil in a wok or pan and fry the garlic till fragrant, add the onions and soy sauce and cook for one minute.

Add the carrots, pak-choy/spinach and mushrooms and saute them for one minute.

Sprinkle the vegetables with sesame oil and serve.
