Having a desserts helps in digestion
- Chicken Cubes (boiled with salt, pepper and vinegar=chicken mixture)

Chicken stock 1 cup

Mixed vegetables 1 cup

Cheddar cheese 1 cup

Onion ring (fried) 1/4 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

Saltish Biscuits 1 pack

French Fries 1/4 cup (fried)

Salt 1 tsp
- In a bowl combine mixed vegetables, half milk, cheese, mix well then pour in a greased baking dish cover and bake for 15 minutes at 200 oc.

In another bowl combine biscuits with remaining milk and drop this on chicken mixture, uncover and again bake for 10 minutes till biscuits turn golden.

Top with fry onion, French fries, some cheese and bake for 3 minutes and serve.
