  • Chicken (boneless) 1/2 kg
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Green chilies (cut into strips) 3
  • Ginger (sliced) 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan heat oil, add sliced ginger and fry for a minute.

  2. Then add the boneless chicken and fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Add the ginger garlic paste with salt, chili powder, tomatoes and yogurt.

  4. Fry well till the oil forms a separate layer on top.

  5. Put green chillies, add milk cook until gravy thicken.

  6. Garnish with chopped mint and serve with naan.
