- For the cottage cheese base:

Cottage cheese, cut into cubes 250 gm

Big onion, sliced 1

Ginger, chopped 1" piece

Cloves garlic, chopped 3-4

Capsicum 1

Big tomato 1

Oil 4 tbsp

Cream 1/4 cup

Salt and pepper to taste

For the topping:

Boiled spinach 250 gm
-
Coriander leaves, chopped 1 cup

Butter 1 tbsp
-
Cream 1 tbsp
-
Cheese, grated 1 cube
-
Pepper to taste
- Quarter the tomato, mix with the cream and blend in a blender.

Keep aside. Chop the capsicum finely.

Heat the oil. Add the onions, ginger, garlic and capsicum and saute for a little while.

Add the pureed tomato-cream mixture along with the salt and pepper and the cottage cheese cubes.

Let the gravy thicken.

When dry, remove from the flame and put in a greased baking dish.

For the topping, puree the boiled spinach.

Spread this spinach puree on the cottage cheese pieces in the baking dish and top with the grated cheese, cream, coriander leaves, butter and pepper.

And bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
