1   INGREDIENTS

  • Buy sweet short crust pastry from bakery
  • Green apples (peel them and cut into strips) 6 only
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Darchini 1 tsp
  • Jaifel (nutmeg) 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon 1 only
  • Egg white only (beat it) 1 tsp
  • Sugar for topping 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut pastry into 2 halves and spread it.
  2. One half is used for filling and the other half is used as a covering.
  3. Grease he baking dish and place a layer of pastry over it.
  4. Make a mixture of apple, sugar, flour, salt, and lemon juice, spread it over pastry and cover it with other half of pastry.
  5. Press the edges to close it firmly.
  6. Make cuts on pastry with a knife so that it is fully baked.
  7. Whisked egg white and with a brush rub it on pastry.
  8. Then place it in oven and bake until golden.
  9. Serve with cream.
