- Cut pastry into 2 halves and spread it.

Grease he baking dish and place a layer of pastry over it.

Make a mixture of apple, sugar, flour, salt, and lemon juice, spread it over pastry and cover it with other half of pastry.

Press the edges to close it firmly.
