- finely chopped vegetables

cabbage ( half bowl)

4 tabe spoon spoon myonnaise

4 table spoon refined oil

chicken kababs.

maida ( for four person)

- Chop onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, garlic very thin.

Take a pan and add oil, onion and garlic paste to it on high flame.
-
After they get a bit yellowish and not golden add tomatoes, capsicum and coriander to it.
-
Then add salt, red powder chili (degi mirch), you can also add red color to it (optional).

Mix it well and after it’s done keep it aside.

Now fry some kebabs you can use ready made kebabs or home made.

Cut some carrot, cucumber and cabbage and mix it with mayonnaise.

Now make a thin roti of maida and while cooking its both side put the veggie mixture over it,

Spread it and pick a kebab and making a slight cut vertically stuff f the kebab with mayonnaise salad.

Now place the kebab over the maida roti on tawa and roll the roti.

Cook it well for a minute.

Now cut it into to pieces and serve it with pudina chatni and garnish with coriander.
