  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Check pees boiled 2 cups
  • Brown onion 3 tbsp
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt whipped 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ginger julians's 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat up oil and butter in Handi and fry ginger garlic paste for 2 minutes.

  2. Add chicken in it and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Add chili powder, crushed red pepper,coriander, white cumin, brown onion, tomato paste and yogurt.

  4. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.

  5. Add boiled chick pees, cream, julian ginger, green chilies and all spices.

  6. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes at a slow flame.

  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
