  • Minced Beef 250 g
  • Gram flour/Besan (Roasted) 3 tbsp
  • Whole coriander seeds (Sukha Dhaniya) 1 tbsp
  • Red Chillies 8 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) 2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies 2 pieces
  • Chopped Onions 1
  • Egg 1

Cooking Directions

  1. Take minced beef & add roasted basin/ gram four in it.

  2. Also add, dry dhanya/ dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt.

  3. Add pomegranate seeds (anardana), hara dhanya & green chilies.

  4. Then add chopped onion & an egg, mix them well.

  5. Use hands for thorough mixing.

  6. Leave it for one hour.

  7. Finally make round shapes of the mixture (kebab shape).

  8. Put some chopped tomatoes over it, & fry it in pre-heated oil.

  9. Delicious Chapli Kebabs are ready to be served.
