- Bean sprout 1 cup

Cornflour 1 tbsp

Red chillies 2

Green pepper, diced 1

Flakes garlic, crushed 3

Ginger, crushed 1" piece

Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp

Sugar 1/4 tsp

Spring onion, chopped 1

Carrot, cut lengthwise 1/2 cup

Beans, cut lengthwise 1/4 cup

Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp

Small onion, chopped 1

Oil for cooking 4 tsp

Almonds, roughly chopped 2 tbsp

Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the bean sprouts with the cornflour and salt and pepper. Keep aside.

Heat half the oil in a pan and fry the almonds over medium heat, then remove onto a plate.

Add the carrots, beans and capsicum to the oil left in the pan and cook for one minute.

Remove from the heat.

Heat the remaining oil, add the garlic, onion, ginger, chillies and bean sprouts and fry for one minute.

Then add the cooked vegetables and mix well.

Now add the soya sauce, sugar, spring onion and ajinomoto.

Cook for one minute, then stir in the fried almonds.

Serve hot.
