Heat the milk and when it boils add the rice powder stirring continuously till it become medium thick.
Put sugar, cardamom and allow it to cool.
Then add rose water and put it in refrigerator till it cools (1 to 1, 1/2 hours).
Serve chilled with a dash of pistachios, almonds and silver leaf.
To get a better taste serve in chippas ( flat earthen dishes).
