- Macaroni 1 1/2 cup

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Chicken cubes 100 gms

(boneless and boiled)

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp

Fresh cream 2 tbsp

Mustard powder 1 pinch

Sugar 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tbsp

Black pepper (grounded) 1 tbsp

Cheddar cheese 30 gms

Tomatoes (cubes) 2 large

Capsicums (cubes) 2 large

Medium potato 1

(boiled and cubes)

Few coriander leaves

- Boil the macaroni in a large pan until tender.

Drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.

In a large bowl mix olive oil, mayonnaise, fresh cream, mustard powder, sugar, salt, black pepper until smooth.

Add chicken cubes, macaroni, cheese, tomatoes, capsicums and potato to the paste.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until cool.
