1   INGREDIENTS

  • Peanuts 250 g
  • Garlic 16 cloves, 8 peeled, 8 cloves unpeeled
  • Red chillies, powdered 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Roast half peanuts on a tawa.
  2. Divide all ingredients in 2 pars.
  3. Roast 1 part only, combine together and grind dry.
  4. Keep in a box or bottle.
  5. Use sprinkled over daal, daal chawal etc.
