1   INGREDIENTS

  • Mutton bones 1/2 kg
  • Chicken (cut into pieces) 1/2 kg
  • Water 4 glasses
  • Peppers 4-5
  • Cloves 2-3
  • Cardamoms 2-3
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan with water.
  2. Cover the pan and boil on low heat for two to three hours till half the water is left and desirable stock is obtained.
  3. Pour in a bowl and serve hot.
