- Lady’s fingers (bhindi, okra) 1/2 lb

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Meat 1 lb

Tomatoes 1/2 lb

Black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Onions 2 large

Cloves garlic 4

Garam masala 1 tsp

Ginger 1 small piece

Coriander leaves

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Ghee 3 tbsp

Dry red chillies 3-4

Salt 1 1/2 tsp (or to taste)

- Wash the meat and cut into cubes.

Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute.

Remove, peel and mash. Chop onions and fry in ghee until light brown.

Stir in the juice of garlic and ginger.
-
Then put in the pieces of meat, turmeric, coriander, red chilies, black pepper, ground cumin seeds and salt.

Cook the meat adding water if necessary.

In the meantime wash and fry the bhindi and fry lightly.

When the meat is brown, add bhindi and mashed tomatoes.
