- Coconut (extract milk) 1

Potatoes 200 gms

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Chicken (cut into pieces) 800 gms

Large onions (chopped) 6

Mustard seeds 1 tsp

Cloves of garlic 5

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Green chillies 4

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Ginger 1" piece

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Oil as needed
- Heat oil and fry the chopped onions, mustard seeds, crushed, garlic, turmeric powder, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and coriander seeds.

Add the chicken pieces and fry.

Add the coconut milk, vinegar, cooked and diced potatoes and rice powder mixed smoothly in a little water.

Let it simmer for sometime.

Add water if necessary.
