Heat oil and fry the chopped onions, mustard seeds, crushed, garlic, turmeric powder, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and coriander seeds. Add the chicken pieces and fry.

1   INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut (extract milk) 1
  • Potatoes 200 gms
  • Rice powder 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken (cut into pieces) 800 gms
  • Large onions (chopped) 6
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cloves of garlic 5
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1" piece
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil as needed

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil and fry the chopped onions, mustard seeds, crushed, garlic, turmeric powder, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and coriander seeds.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and fry.
  3. Add the coconut milk, vinegar, cooked and diced potatoes and rice powder mixed smoothly in a little water.
  4. Let it simmer for sometime.
  5. Add water if necessary.
