- Fish 1/2 kg

Coconut (extract milk) 1/2

Tomato sauce 120 gms

Ghee 50 gms

Butter 30 gms

Green chillies 2

Ginger 1/2” piece

Mustard seeds a pinch

Coriander leaves 1/4" bunch

Salt to taste

Oil as needed
- Grind together green chillies, ginger, mustard, coriander and salt to taste.

Clean and cut the fish. Smear well with the ground ingredients.

Heat a little oil and fry the fish lightly.

Remove the fish and in that oil, add a little more oil and fry the remaining ground paste and mix well.

Add the fish, coconut milk, tomato sauce, butter and salt to taste.

Cook till tender, serve hot garnished with finger chips.
