- 2-3 medim potatoes boiled peeled.

1 cup paneer cubes..or shredded one cup paneer

one cup green leaves chopped..dhaniya pudeena

2-3 green chillies finely chopped(if making for urself and dont add chillies if making for kids)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

red chilly according to ur taste..

1 lemon juice

1 egg

bread crumbs

take potatoes and mash them along with paneer...better if u do it with ur hands...and then add all the spices..leaves..lemon juice..and chopped chillies.. u can add chopped onions if u like..but smoll kids dont like to eat onions thats why i dont add.. mix all the ingredients together..and make kababs.. coat them with beaten egg and roll them in breadcrums and shallow fry them..until brown and crisp outside.. serve hot with ketchup or chutney
