1   INGREDIENTS

  • Milk powder 1cup (Nido or any full cream pwd milk)
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Soda 2pinches
  • Egg 1
  • INGRIDIENTS FOR SYRUP:
  • Fresh milk 1 1/2 kg
  • Sugar to taste
  • Green cardamom 2,3
  • For Garnishing:
  • Pistachio 11,12(diced very thinly)
  • Silver leaves 2

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil fresh milk with Sugar add cardamoms cook on lower blaze till milk remain 1 1/2 kg to 1kg, lower the blaze .

  2. Mix well soda & milk powder now add oil and mix together.
  3. Beat egg by fork and add this knead a soft medium dough.
  4. Quickly make tiny balls, slightly press and give oval shape.
  5. Give boil to fresh milk and add all balls one by one then height the blaze and lower blaze then again high blaze and lower do same turns of time min 7, 8 times till balls swell up. .
  6. Remove from stove after it gets cool keep in fridge.

  7. Garnish with silver leaves and pistachio just before serving.

  8. Serve chilled

Thanks diya for admiring my recipes..here is the answer of wht u asked Ans:After making balls.high the flame then slow the flame of the milk u boiled now put balls one by one in this milk..now keep the flame high then slow the flame then again high and slow.. do this 7,8 times till u notice the balls are gonna rise. (if u dint get this then feel free to ask again ill try to elaborate more)
