- Wholewheat flour (atta) 2 1/2 cups / 250 gm

Salt 1 tsp / 4 gm

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp / 15 ml

Water 1/2 cup / 100 ml

Butter to grease baking tray

- Sift the flour and salt together.

Mix in the oil and water, knead to make a soft dough.

Cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough equally into 5 balls and dust with flour.

Heat the oven to 175ºC, flatten the balls and roll each out to an 8” disc.

Place the discs on a greased tray and bake for 3 minutes till pale brown in colour.

Serve hot.
