you can add some aam chur powder dry mango powder and also rock salt instead of the normal salt this will give taste to the partha.You can add black pepper powder coarsely grinded.

hey for proper shapes.... take a round lid of a tiffin box and cut pressing it on the top of the paratha and take out the extras... simple yaar
