1   INGREDIENTS

  • Beef / Mutton 1/2 kg (small disc shaped pieces)
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion (sliced) 1/2 cup
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Greep apple (thinly cut) 2
  • Tomatoes (sliced) 2
  • Coriander leaves Garnish (if you wish)

2   COOKING DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oil. Add to it onion, fry until brown then add to this meat along with water and cook.
  2. When water is dried and meat turns brown then add garlic, ginger paste, and red chillies powder, salt with a cup of water. Mix well. Cover the pan and cook until meat is tender and water is dried.
  3. Check the meat, if required adds little more water to tenderize meat.
  4. Cook until water is dried. Stir and fry.
  5. Now add to this apples and tomatoes with little water.
  6. When apples soften and tomatoes make a paste, stir and fry until water is completely dried and oil floats on top.
  7. Garnish with coriander, if you wish.
