A good Dieting should be based on healthy diet not skipping meals
- Meat 1 lb

Tomatoes 2 large

Ginger 1 large piece

Onions 1/2 lb pearl

Tamarind juice

Green chillies or red peppers 6

Garlic 1 pod

Ghee

Salt to taste

Grind to a fine paste:
-
-
Red chillies 3
-
Raw rice or poppy seeds 2 tbsp
-
Ginger 1 piece
-
Garlic 4-6 cloves
-
Cinnamon 1 stick
-
Coriander 1 tsp
-
Cloves 2-3
-
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
-
Cardamoms 2-3
-
Turmeric 1 small piece

- Wash the meat and cut it into cubes.
-
Slice the ginger. Peel the onions.
-
Halve the garlic and cut the chilies into 1/2 inch pieces.
-
On a toothpick, skewer a piece of meat, a slice of ginger,
-
pieces of garlic and chili and a pearl onion.
-
Repeat the process till all the meat is exhausted.
-
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a saucepan and brown 1 sliced onion in it.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cool till soft.
-
Stir in the ground masala and cook till ghee floats on top.

Put in the kababs, and stir with a fork till they are well
-
coated with masala. Add salt to taste and sufficient water
-
to cook the meat. When the meat is nearly done, quarter
-
the potatoes and add.Let the curry simmer on a low heat
-
till meat and potatoes are tender.Add the tamarind juice.

Boil for a couple of minute. Then take off the heat.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander and halved hardboiled eggs.
