- Meat (cut into pieces) 800 gms

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coriander seeds 4 tbsps

Vinegar 1 cup

- Mix well salad oil with oil and fry the sliced onion,

ground black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander seeds,

garlic and red chillies. Add meat, vinegar, salt to taste and water.
