- Prawns 800 gms

Large sliced onions 2

Green chillies 6

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coriander seeds 1 tbsp

Cloves of garlic 6

Tamarind juice 1 cup

Coconut (scraped) 1/2

Milk coconut 1/2
- Shell, vein and wash the prawns.

Cut them in halves and fry.

Fry 2 large sliced onions and 6 green chillies, turmeric powder, ground coriander seeds and garlic.

Add the milk of the 1/2 coconut, prawns and tamarind juice.

Add salt to taste and the scrapings of the 1h coconut.

Simmer till cooked.
