Having a can of Soda? Think again.
- Boiled macaroni 200 gm

Spinach, finely chopped 2 cups

Onions, finely chopped ½ cup

Tomato puree 1 cup

Butter 2 tbsp

Cheese, grated ½ cup

Cream 100 gm

Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

Oregano ½ tsp

Chilli powder 1 tsp

Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions in it.

Add the spinach and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add the tomato puree, tomato sauce, chilli powder, salt and pepper.

Cook till the mixture is thick.

Add the oregano and cheese and mix well.

Arrange the macaroni in a greased baking dish.

Pour the spinach mixture over it.

Top with the cream.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
